Inspired by the life and legacy of Czech-American sculptor Albin Polasek, this live performance translates sculpture into sound through works by European and American composers. Zaks\u2019 interdisciplinary approach weaves music, visual art, and narrative to illuminate Polasek\u2019s creative journey.
Doors open at 6:00 PM for light refreshments in the sculpture gardens. The performance begins at 7:00 PM inside the historic Capen House.
This program is supported in part by an Individual Artist Award from United Arts of Central Florida and is presented in collaboration with the Winter Park Arts & Culture Alliance.<\/p>\n
